On June 28th and 29th, 1999, Hula On! Productions and Halau Hula Na Pua O Ka La'akea presented their premier performance at the Playhouse Theatre in San Anselmo, California.

The performance portrayed, through hula, the ancient Hawaiian legend of Pele and Hi'iaka. Capturing the power of Pele and the grace of Hi'iaka, this performance embodied the female energy of hula.

	He Oli Huaka'i A Pele (A Travel Chant by Pele) Pele (portrayed by Coco Van Perre) chants the story of Pele's migration to Hawai'i, which starts from her homeland of Kahiki. E hua'i e (pushing forward)!
	Ke Ha'a La Puna I Ka Makani (Puna Dances In The Wind) This is the first recorded hula in the Pele and Hi'iaka legend.
	The Finale In This Life (A tribute to Braddah IZ) The lyrics say it all..."If it all falls apart, I will know deep in my heart...In this life, I was loved by you". Aloha, (love) always prevails.
